Who is now Considered a Jew according to the Bible?
The word "Jew" is a shortened form of the old English word "Judean," referring to the descendants of the patriarch Judah, one of the twelve tribes of Israel.
The word "gentiles" means nations, a term used by the Israelites to denote anyone who is not a descendant of Abraham through Isaac and
Jacob.
Paul wrote: "For it is evident that our Lord arose from Judah" (Hebrews 7:14). In Revelation 5:5, one of the twenty-four elders calls Jesus "the Lion of the tribe of Judah." Long before His birth, it was prophesied that
the Messiah would come from the tribe of Judah (Genesis 49:10).
The meaning of " Jew" in the old testament has changed by the time of Jesus,
by accepting the Messiah as your lord, and following after him, you become an
adopted member of his family, a member of the tribe of Judah, a Jew.
So who are Jews?
"For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision. Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision? And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law? For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh: But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God." (Romans 2:25-29)
"Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed."

"That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith." (Galatians 3:14)
To be physically Jewish (a physical descendent of Abraham) will not get a person
into the kingdom, but those who are believers in Jesus will make it in to the
kingdom.
So real Jews are those who have accepted God and Jesus as their Lord and Master, spiritually being reborn as Jews.
